Welcome to HandsOnRecovery. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or interacting with our content, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our site or services.

1. Services Provided

HandsOnRecovery offers assisted stretch therapy and related mobility services, along with optional add-on programs such as customized training plans. All services are for wellness, mobility enhancement, and general fitness support.
We do not provide medical treatment or diagnose medical conditions.

2. Eligibility

To book and use our services, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or

  • A minor accompanied by a legal guardian during all sessions.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our official booking system.
By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Pay the full amount at checkout

  • Follow our policies (including cancellation)

Pricing may change at any time. Taxes may apply.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 12-hour cancellation window:

  • Cancel 12+ hours before your appointment: full refund or reschedule

  • Cancel within 12 hours or do not show up: no refund

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions with no price adjustment.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

You must inform your specialist of:

  • Any injuries

  • Medical conditions

  • Physical limitations

  • Recent surgeries

  • Pain or discomfort during the session

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You are physically able to take part in mobility and stretch therapy

  • Sessions are not a substitute for medical care

  • HandsOnRecovery is not liable for injuries resulting from withheld information, improper follow-through, or pre-existing conditions

If we feel a service is unsafe for you, we may decline the session.

6. Results Disclaimer

Mobility, recovery, and performance improvements vary from person to person.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Conduct & Expectations

Clients must:

  • Respect session time and professional boundaries

  • Follow specialist instructions

  • Maintain appropriate behavior and hygiene

HandsOnRecovery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

All content (images, text, videos, branding) on this site is owned by HandsOnRecovery.
You may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Modify

  • Reproduce

  • Sell
    any content without written permission.
