Booking & Cancellation Policy

At HandsOnRecovery, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation terms before booking:

Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled session.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

​Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment time, or failure to attend, will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Rescheduling

To move your appointment to a different time, please do so at least 12 hours in advance through your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. After that window, all payments are non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — this policy allows us to provide the best possible experience for every client.
