• Does not provide medical or physiotherapy treatment

• Offers wellness and mobility-focused services only

If I require medical care, I will consult a licensed healthcare provider.

I agree to:

• Inform my specialist of any injuries, pain, limitations, or medical conditions

• Stop the session if I experience sharp pain, dizziness, or discomfort

I understand that withholding information increases my risk of injury and releases HandsOnRecovery from related liability.

I understand that physical activity involves potential risks, including but not limited to:

• Muscle soreness

• Strains or sprains

• Aggravation of existing conditions

I accept full responsibility for my participation and any resulting injuries.

By signing or booking, I release and discharge HandsOnRecovery, its owners, specialists, and employees from:

• All claims

• Liability

• Damages

• Expenses
  arising from my participation in any session, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct.

I understand that results vary and HandsOnRecovery does not guarantee specific improvements in mobility, pain, posture, or performance.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the:

• 12-hour cancellation policy

• No-refund policy for late cancellations or no-shows

• Policy for late arrivals (session may be shortened)

I may be asked for permission to use photos or videos for marketing.
I understand this is optional, and I can decline.

By booking a session, I confirm that:

• I have read this Liability Waiver

• I understand all terms

• I agree to participate at my own risk

If booking for someone under 18, I confirm that I am their legal guardian.
